Join Sarah Williams at the Hibiscus Coast Community House for this Love Food Hate Waste interactive workshop. Pick up clever tips and tricks for making the most of the abundance of citrus available at this time of year. You’ll also learn how to pickle your excess vegetables to stock up your fridge with healthy, delicious food you can enjoy all year round.

The workshop will also cover practical advice on how to store fresh produce, helping it last longer and avoiding waste.
*Bring some small clean jars if you’d like to take home a sample of what you’ll make e.g. citrus cleaner and vegetable pickles.

This Love Food Hate Waste workshop is proudly supported by Auckland Council and delivered by Compost Collective and is part of the Hibiscus Coast Edible Garden Trail.
